What this website is
This site is an information and brand website. You cannot buy anything here. All purchases are made on our Amazon storefront, and any order you place is a contract between you and Amazon, governed by Amazon’s terms of sale — not by these terms.

We try to describe our rice accurately, but packaging, pack sizes, and specifications can change. Photographs are illustrative. For current price, availability, and pack details, rely on the Amazon listing rather than on this site.
Nutritional and cooking information is given in good faith as general guidance. If you have allergies or specific dietary requirements, check the physical pack.
Orders, delivery, returns and refunds
Because all sales happen on Amazon, Amazon handles payment, delivery, returns, and refunds under its own policies. If something is wrong with an order, raise it through Amazon first. You are welcome to contact us as well and we will help where we can.

Governing law
